Came in for out of town for a mini vacation coming into the building. Building was dirty atmosphere was not welcoming. Was having some type of issues with the credit card machine from previous order. Couldn’t take hours right away. Kind of rude no customer service no apologies. Sorry for assistance being down towards the end after we got our meals meals was not fixed correctly asked for Philly did I have no green peppers or onions ask for extra mayo no mayo one of my steak and cheese subs had hair on the bread took it back manage to show me the proof of the hair before him taking off the meal as a discount for us not a five star building unfortunately everyone else was closed and so we had to go there, but unfortunately, we will not be returning both of us have 35 years of manager experience in hotels and restaurant and this was not the proper customer service for a ““ five star restaurant Virginia Beach oceanfront for visitors to come in and out a very Janky restaurant

My little girl got pizza & that was honestly the only good thing we ordered. The chicken nuggets had an odd taste & my husband's sandwich had 2 slices of ham & just cheese. It was supposed to have extra meat, lettuce, tomato & mayo. 100% not worth the $50 I paid. I might order pizza for her while we're here but absolutely not getting anything else. The server was nice & it's a clean & friendly place is the only reason I gave it any stars.

This pizza shop was right across from our hotel so one evening we stopped in for a quick bite. My husband ordered a steak & cheese sub and I was feeling shrimp so I order the shrimp basket. I have to say we were very disappointed, the steak sub was the worst we have ever had and we are not picky with subs. The cheese they used was awful, didn't have good flavor, I'm not even sure of what kind of cheese it was. The shrimp basket was a far cry from a shrimp basket. When they brought it out I thought it was a small container of french fries, as I looked closer I saw some very tiny (maybe 1/2 inch) shrimp mixed in between fries, not in a separate section. it wasn't close to a "basket" but a tiny paper container (maybe 3x5) and the mini shrimp were barely visible. So I wondered how they could call that tiny snack pack a shrimp basket? A big disappointment, I only wish I had taken a picture for this review so you know I am not exaggerating. We definitely crossed this place off the list. The people were nice but the food definitely was not a good value. I can't speak for the pizza but we ended up throwing the food in the trash and went across the street to Mellow Mushroom which was altoge

My favorite Pizza spot in VA Beach! Great NY style and available by the slice. Place has a great atmosphere with a 1990s vibe. Arcade games and great ice cream spot inside as well!
